1. Live Arrival Guaranteed. (If fish or fishes are D.O.A we require a picture of said fish within 24hrs. and we will honour our guarantee)
2. All wild caught fish sold in pairs with the exception of some species.
3. 30% surcharge on extra females if available.
4. All orders require a 50% pre-payment
5. Orders shipped FOB in Petersburg require a 100% pre-payment.
6. If fish are back ordered they will be reordered when available to the satisfaction of both parties.
7. Prices are FOB in Petersburg in Canadian dollars and subject to change without notice.
8. Shipping / handling / airport charges are not included.
9. We will do our best to pool smaller orders.
10. Payment by Cash, Certified Cheque, Money Order or Bank Draft. No Credit Cards accepted at this time. Personal Cheques accepted on prior approval by A.K.T………No credit
11. All Wholesalers require a VENDERS PERMIT # for PST exemption.

7% GST and 8% PST when applicable
